Meridian's Ready-To-Make Wings
- prep time: 2 minutes
- cook time: ~30 mins
- total time: ~30 Mins
Servings: Depending on # of wings
Ingredients:
Meridian's Fresh marinated chicken wings and drummettes. Your choice of Honey Garlic, Southwest BBQ, or Southwest BBQ
Instructions:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with non-stick cooking spray
- Place wings in a single layer on the baking sheet and bake for 400 degrees for approximately 30 minutes
- Halfway through cooking, flip each of the wings
- Serve warm with fresh-cut veggies, blue cheese dressing (recipe below), or ranch dressing
Sesame Lime Asian Chicken Wings
- prep time: 5 minutes
- cook time: ~30 mins
- total time: ~35 Mins
Servings: 2 as an appetizer
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Fresh Free Run Meridian Chicken Wings
- 1 lime
- 2 tbsp. Meridian Asian Rub
- 1 tbsp. Sesame Seeds
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Place a baking sheet on top of the parchment paper and spray with nonstick spray
- Season chicken wings with salt and pepper
- Place wings in a single layer on the baking sheet and bake for 400 degrees for approximately 30 minutes
- Halfway through cooking, flip each of the wings
- When wings are cooked, place in a mixing bowl and add lime juice, Asian rub and sesame seeds to the bowl
- Mix seasoning on wings
- Serve warm with fresh-cut veggies, blue cheese dressing (recipe below), or ranch dressing
Lemon Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings
- prep time: 5 minutes
- cook time: ~30 mins
- total time: ~35 Mins
Servings: 2 as an appetizer
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Fresh Free Run Meridian Chicken Wings
- 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp. Garlic Rub
- 2 tbsp. parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Place a baking sheet on top of the parchment paper and spray with nonstick spray
- Season chicken wings with salt and pepper
- Place wings in a single layer on the baking sheet and bake for 400 degrees for approximately 30 minutes
- Halfway through cooking, flip each of the wings
- When wings are cooked, place in a mixing bowl and add lemon juice, garlic rub, and parmesan cheese to the bowl
- Mix seasoning on wings
- Serve warm with fresh-cut veggies, blue cheese dressing (recipe below), or ranch dressing
Curry Mango Chicken Wings
- prep time: 5 minutes
- cook time: ~30 mins
- total time: ~35 Mins
Servings: 2 as an appetizer
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Fresh Free Run Meridian Chicken Wings
- 2 tbsp. Curry Rub
- 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp. mango, chopped small
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Place a baking sheet on top of the parchment paper and spray with nonstick spray
- Season chicken wings with salt and pepper
- Place wings in a single layer on the baking sheet and bake for 400 degrees for approximately 30 minutes
- Halfway through cooking, flip each of the wings
- When wings are cooked, place in a mixing bowl and olive oil and curry rub to the bowl
- Mix seasoning on wings
- Top with chopped mangos
- Serve warm with fresh-cut veggies, blue cheese dressing (recipe below), or ranch dressing
Hotiyaki Wings
- prep time: 5 minutes
- cook time: ~30 mins
- total time: ~35 Mins
Servings: 2 as an appetizer
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Fresh Free Run Meridian Chicken Wings
- 4 tbsp. Meridian Signature Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 tbsp. Meridian Habanero Hot Sauce
- 2 tbsp. green onions, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Place a baking sheet on top of the parchment paper and spray with nonstick spray
- Season chicken wings with salt and pepper and coat with teriyaki and habanero hot sauce
- Place wings in a single layer on the baking sheet and bake for 400 degrees for approximately 30 minutes
- Halfway through cooking, flip each of the wings
- Garnish wings with sliced green onions
- Serve warm with fresh-cut veggies, blue cheese dressing (recipe below), or ranch dressing
Homemade Blue Cheese Dip
- prep time: 5 minutes
- Refrigeration Time: ~30 mins
- total time: ~35 Mins
Ingredients:
- 4 oz. crumbled blue cheese
- 3/4 cup plain greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 shallot, chopped finely
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except for the blue cheese
- Fold in the blue cheese gently
- Store in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes to allow the mixture to set and get to the correct temperature
